What branding services do you offer?

We provide embroidery, screen printing, UV printing, laser engraving, heat-press vinyl, sublimation, and full-colour digital printing, chosen to suit the item and the material.

Can you help with website, logo, and artwork design?

Yes. We strive to bring each client professional and personalised design services to suit their individual requirements. Our design team is powered by passion, bringing inspiration, creativity, and a little happiness to everything we make.

What file formats do you require for branding?

We prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or a high-resolution PDF. If you only have a JPEG or PNG, no problem, we can redraw it for you.

Will we receive quotes for transportation and clearing before an order is placed?

Yes. We send transport estimates before proceeding, and once your order is placed we assist with clearing at all borders. Here is how it works:

Pre-clearing documents are sent 2 to 3 days before the truck leaves RSA, giving the clearing agent time to send you the estimate, and you time to make payment before the goods depart.
On delivery, you receive a complete set of export documents and PODs.
Goods can be insured at your request.
SADC certificates can be issued only for goods manufactured in RSA, and using one results in reduced duty rates payable at the border.
On some items SGS will apply. All of this is shown clearly on your pre-clearing documents.

Where do you export to, and where are goods offloaded?

We export to Zambia, and consolidated loads are offloaded at our Lusaka warehouse, ready for onward delivery.
